Which are better Insanity vs P90X for women? The Insanity program is a 60-day home based workout system, while P90X runs for 90 days. Nutritional Plan

P90X: chin-up bar, pull-up bar, chair, set of dumbbells and resistance bands.

Insanity: no additional equipment necessary

P90X is focused on strength training while Insanity is focused on cardio.
