Owning A Private Campground Is Actually Quite Affordable

January 6, 2012

My family and I really enjoyed camping.  We have our favorite campground and we actually have a favorite spot in the campground that we like to spend time at.  We always call ahead to make sure that our spot is reserved but more times than not we show up to find that somebody is actually in our spot regardless of the fact that we have reserved it.

Wouldn’t it just be better all the way around if you could purchase your own private camping spot?  Before you say that you could never afford something like this, take a minute and read the rest of this article because I think you’ll be surprised.  I think you’d be a surprise exactly how fordable something like this can be.  I’ll show you how even you can afford the luxury of having a private campground at your disposal.

The land that I’m referring to is located in North East California near a town called Alturas.  That’s actually the town that is closest to the property but the property is 20 or so miles away from Alturas. Many years ago around 25,000 acres were subdivided into smaller one acre parcels to make them affordable for the average Joe like you and I.  This should be plenty of room for you to stretch your legs and enjoy spending time on your own private camping ground.

You can expect to pay about $3500 to $6500 for a one acre lot in this area.  This means that the price is affordable for many budget.  Not only is the price low but there are amazing terms to go with it.  For example, Much of this property is owner financed which means you don’t have to fight with the bank to convince them to loan you money for the land.  If you can come up with $150 down payment and $100 each month for monthly payments you’re automatically pre approved.

If I’ve caught your attention, I encourage you to drop by the website www.cheapmountainlands.com and have a look at this amazing land for sale by owner.
