If you think that you are under stress now, find ways on how to deal with the stress you are in. Attend stress management seminars to help relieve your stress.
  • Try a variety of management options. Use different kinds of treatments in treating the disorder to help you find the best product for you. Once you have already found the right product, stick to that. However, when the product does not seem to be effective in the end, then it is about time to try others.
