5. The information needs to be presented to the individual that was evaluated in a timely latter.
By letting employees know what to expect when being evaluated can help take the tension away. When there is tension the best results may not be acquired. If employees are aware of the process and can have some input into the development of the evaluation they may take more ownership and be more comfortable.
